Why we don't name our labs

Those relationships are the reason we can supply you at all. Instead of a name, we show you two things that hold up better: test data from a lab with no stake in the outcome, and purchase records that prove where the material was made, with the supplier's identity removed.

Why is there no catalog or pricing on the site?
Pricing depends on volume and on what's in stock that quarter. Approved accounts get the current stock list and wholesale pricing.
Why a 100-vial minimum?
Independent testing is paid per lot, and buying in volume is what keeps that testing affordable. The minimum lets us offer verified US material at a wholesale price.
Who manufactures the product?
Vetted US labs we have worked with for years. We don't publish their names, because those relationships are why we can supply you. We publish independent test data and redacted purchase records instead.
How often do you publish COAs?
Every lot is tested before it's released to stock, and third-party COAs are published to approved accounts every quarter. Lot numbers on the COAs match the lot numbers on the vials.
What happens if a lot fails testing?
It never reaches stock. The lot is rejected and returned to the supplier. If a lot you received is ever found out of spec, we replace it or refund it.
How do payments work?
Orders are prepaid by wire or ACH and ship once funds clear. We don't take credit cards.
Can vials ship without your label?
Yes. Ask for a lot strip only and you can apply your own label. The lot number stays on every vial either way.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We sell and ship within the United States only.
